Fa la la la Friday!

I love decorating for CHRISTMAS!!!

But sometimes I get tired of seeing all the red and green (hence why my tree is purple)!

I am so intrigued by Christmas pastels right now...

I have a white feather wreath just like this one, and I love how it's been paired with these soft colors - it looks almost angelic!

I adore this little "forest" on the mantle!!

Another forest idea - these are made from water cooler paper cups - how fun and inexpensive is this?! 

I really want to make some of these!!

I think since they went with one main color here (pink) - they were able to play with silver and gold tinsel without it looking cheesy...

If they had a Christmas party, I bet the table would look something like this - so cute and girly!

But I am a color-lover, so I could never pick just one!

I love this colorful wreath because sometimes fake greenery looks cheesey, but I'm allergic to the real thing.  This kind of looks modern/rustic to me and I love the combination!  :o)

Another cute "faux" wreath idea I came across is made from balls of yarn - this is a little cutesy for me, but would be adorable for a crafter!

An easy way to add festivity to a table is just to throw some cute balls in a glass container.  Works like a charm every time!  I love these!!

I've been on the hunt for some little fawn deer - I think these are so cute!

I'm not sure why they make me think of winter but they do??

This is my favorite - love this scandinavian style mantle!  :o)

Another non-traditional mantle is decorated with a cute swag of pom-poms and simple white cable knitted stockings!
